Tai Chi class notes at Service Net - Dale

Dale, one of my newest private students has been given permission to teach a beginner level T'ai Chi class at his place of work. He works for Service Net and has been asked by them to teach a weekly class for staff and clients. He  has been running the class for a number of months. Here are some of his insights: 


"The Tai Chi group I am running is going very well. We usually have between one and three people. It is strange to teach this wonderful art when there is so much that needs to be worked in my own practice. Nevertheless I am giving it my best shot. I am learning so much as I attempt to teach. I guess teaching and learning go hand in hand, like you said."
