Something Sifu Hayward shared in his newletter
"In the period of the three months of spring is the time of birth and spread. Grasses
and trees are becoming vivid and all living things in the world become flourishing
with a new dynamic atmosphere. Since a human is one of the living things in the
universe, they can by no means be excluded. In order to keep in accordance with the
law of the variation of the seasonal sequence, one should go to bed when the night
comes and get up early in the morning. In the morning, one should breathe the fresh
air while walking in the yard to exercise their tendons and bones and loosen their
hair to make the whole body comfortable along with the generating of spring energy."

Tips from Sifu Hayward on tutoring
Words of wisdom from Sifu Hayward to his 'tutor's', students that help other students in his classes. That's the Staff and Student Leaders at our Studio.I thought he makes some valid points. Let me know what you think.
1. Tutors are representatives
2. No compulsion to tutor
3. Give your attention to your student
4. Balance talk with doing
5. Teach as you were taught
6. Do not teach if you are not ready, willing or able to give
your best
7. If there is an assignment, follow the assignment
8. Notify a completion of the first section or entire Solo
Form
9. Fair Lady = one per class, four classes to complete
10. When I come over to check in, stop, make an opening
